Dellow Conversions have a great reputation for producing innovative and quality automative conversions products and are well known in the industry for offering knowledge and life long service and support.
The challenge we had was how to represent this information to the online retail space to help them sell just as effectively online as they do offline. We have designed a user friendly, intuitive and responsive Online Store.
Working in conjunction with Client, Brand Strategist and Web Developer we completed the following tasks:
- Design layout for eCommerce Store.
- Create web Style-guide.
- Select web friendly Fonts.
- Prepare Design Assets and Photoshop files for Web Developer.
- Train staff on ‘How to use’ WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Train staff on Order Fulfilment and Inventory Management.
- Ongoing Product Management.
- Manage Online Store over holiday closing period.
- Review and Report on customer behaviour using Google Analytics.
- Design downloadable product Instruction sheets in new brand style.
- Assist in developing Brand Strategy. Assist in developing online Sales Strategy.
